After signing a $160 million contract extension with the Dallas Cowboys, NFL quarterback Dak Prescott’s salary is going way up. An increased salary is exactly what the football-star needs to add even more epic renovations to his $3.3 million mansion. Located in a ritzy neighborhood in Prosper, Texas, the mansion has everything from a sports simulator to a game bar. But what’s even more impressive is what Prescott added to the home’s backyard- an epic 45-yard practice football field with custom logos.
That’s not the only thing Dak Prescott added to the home. The 7-acres of land will soon be decked out with a small golf course- and there will still be plenty of backyard space left over. Closer to the property’s main mansion you’ll find a relaxing pool area with a hot tub, fire pit and outdoor grill station. It’s all visible from the home’s multiple balconies and cozy covered patios.
What about Prescott’s master suite? It features a fireplace, walk-in closet, and an epic bathroom that leads to a personal gym with outdoor access. You also need to see his spacious living room, state-of-the-art kitchen and sophisticated office space.
This Texas mansion is a huge step-up for the football player who spent many of his younger years living in a trailer park. As of 2021 he’s worth at least $40 million and has made millions both on and off the field through endorsement deals with major companies.
