Twitter Sued For Not Paying Rent!?

Elon Musk is one of the wealthiest people in the world with a net worth of $140 billion dollars. As we all know he recently acquired Twitter and has effectively made himself a joke in the process. Another thing he has also done is refuse to pay his rent. Since the acquisition was finalized in October of 2022 he hasn’t paid rent for the space Twitter calls their Headquarters. The amount that is owed is $136,260 dollars which amounts to an amount of money that Elon could drop on the floor and not even notice. Why isn’t Elon Musk paying his rent? What has the atmosphere at Twitter turned into since his takeover?

The main goal that Elon Musk has is to cut costs at Twitter. After trying diligently to back out of the deal that he initiated We guess he has decided his best course of action is to make Twitter cost him as little money as possible. That would be why he continually threatens insulting severance packages, fires top executives, lay-offs half the payroll, and won’t pay his rent. Who knows what other kinds of monstrosities that are taking place within the walls of Twitter’s Headquarters to save on money: whatever they are We feel bad for any employees that have survived so far.
